First, choose your size. This listing is for the 3oz size Body Scrub. Our 3oz is most popular, but the 5oz has the best value with a fancy jar! All jars are glass and the 3oz has a screw top lid.

Then choose your fragrance. We have our 30 best selling fragrances in the dropdown below, or check out our fragrance descriptions to see everything we have to offer, then order under Shop by Fragrance.

Next, choose your coloring. We color with a mica powder so finishes scrub colors range from pastel to vibrant.

Last, let us know in the text box if you'd like to combine fragrances. Don't be afraid to get creative! Some of the best fragrances come from blending! For example, Peaches and Cream (Vanilla), Pinapple and Coconut, Vanilla and Pear. We don't recommend mixing designer dupes (indicated by "Type"), masculine, and most florals since they are already well balances by themselves.

Remove a small amount appropriate for the area to be scrubbed (about a tablespoon is appropriate per leg for adults) and place in plastic container to take into the shower with you. Shower as normal or wet area to be scrubbed,wipe off excess moisture with your hands, then gently exfoliate with scrub. Rinse well. Works best when followed by a body oil or lotion like our Short & Sweet Body Oil and Lotion in a coordinating scent.

Do not take scrub into shower (sugar and water = melted sugar scrub!). Do not use a glass container in the shower or bath as it may break. Use caution after scrubbing, as oil may make tub or shower floor slippery.

Works well as a hand scrub on its own or followed by a lotion for extra moisture.
We all know exfoliation is one of the greatest tools in our metaphorical beauty bag, but what really matters is how and when we do it. Skin naturally sloughs off dead skin cells and replenishes itself every 30 days, but sometimes it needs a hand. That’s where exfoliation comes in. As counterproductive as it seems to rub cells off your skin, scrubs like Short & Sweet’s Body Scrub are essential in your quest to make your skin brighter and softer, unclog pores and prevent future breakouts, enhance absorption of your favorite moisturizer or our body oils or lotion, and over the long term, increase collagen production and reduce fine lines. It can even prolong the life of your fake tan. It’s like a sugary miracle in the palm of your hand!
Almond oil is one of the holy grails of the skincare world. Honestly, there’s not much it can’t do. We love using sweet almond oil in our Body Scrubs since it’s packed with Vitamin E (a powerful antioxidant to fight off UV damage and prevent wrinkles), Vitamin A (to reduce acne by cleaning out pores), fatty acids (to keep skin hydrated and supple), protein, potassium and zinc. It’s naturally non-comedogenic so it won’t clog pores as you hop in the bath and scrub yourself to amazing skin.
Sugar is a natural exfoliant and is one of the easiest ways to brighten and soften skin. We’ve found that most salt scrubs are too harsh and are a major pain on freshly shaved legs, chemical peels are too severe for everyday exfoliation (not to mention expensive!), and microbeads are a major no-no for the environment and are banned in many countries. Sugar can be used on all skin types, including sensitive skin because of its non-irritating qualities and the fact that it dissolves completely in contact with water- no lingering residue to aggravate delicate skin. It is also a natural humectant, which in combination with the natural oils we use in our Body Scrub and Lip Scrub, will keep skin hydrated and retain moisture even before you apply a lotion, balm, or oil to seal in the hydration afterwards.
Do not use if you have a sensitivity to the scent, almond oil, or any other ingredients, or have a nut (almond) allergy. If any sensitivity develops during use, stop use immediately.

Do not use if you have cuts, open sores, sunburned, or irritated skin. Exfoliants are a natural skin irritant and the last thing healing wounds need is to be aggravated further. Get your scrub fix by using it on a different part of your body or just taking a big whiff of the delicious scent for now.

Not recommended for facial exfoliation.

Oils may make shower or tub slippery, use caution after exfoliating.
