Short & Sweet Body Care strives to provide the best products and the best customer service. All of our products are hand made in small batches for each item, each order, and each customer, so slight variations of product texture, fragrance, and coloring are normal. We do our best to accurately represent each product on our website, but we cannot account for personal preferences or dislikes of each customer. This means that though a fragrance described may sound amazing, you may not like that particular fragrance in person and we cannot be held responsible.
By nature of customized body products, we cannot accept returns of products, except in the case of Short & Sweet's mistake in making the product itself. We pack and ship products as carefully and safely as possible and cannot be responsible for the condition or whereabouts of items after they leave our care on their way to you.
We provide specific instructions on how to use each product to get the maximum benefit and for your safety. Please follow these directions carefully and use common sense. We are not liable for any harm to person or property when using the product outside of its intended use or directions for use.

Privacy & Safety
All information gathered from forms submitted, orders places, and newsletters subscriptions is used strictly for your optimal experience with us, such as us being able to answer your questions, send you updates on your order, and send you your products. We never save your information or sell it to any outside parties.
We use a third party app on our hosting site that is completely safe and verified. We do not have access to your credit or debit card information. We also accept Venmo payments and Cash payments upon meeting at select locations.
Wholesale Inquiries
We currently do not offer wholesale, but we may in the future. Please contact us for any inquiries in the meantime and we may be able to work with your individual business.
